Seagulls

Recently Ege and Simmit, two characters from Anne Hofmanns wonderful children´s book Osman, der Angler jumped out of the book to meet kids in the real world. In September they´ll go on tour with Anne and the book starting at Lübecker Bücherpiraten Festival.

INK selected for Videomedeja

My short animation INK will screen this year at the Videomedeja Festival in Novi Sad, Serbia!

Photos of the finished Freddy

Today I got sent some photos of the finished Freddy puppet on set.
Freddys Crazy Kitchen is a stop motion Pilot by Cecile Noldus, a Hamburg based film maker and artist.
She says, that she's happy with the head I fabricated for the puppet, so it is good to hear that.
I am really looking forward to seeing the finished film. It is full of wonderful ideas.
